Namaskar America

1. Eligibility

The competition is open to young and emerging artists who meet the age requirements specified in the registration form.
Participants must be residents of the United States.
Both solo artists and groups are eligible to participate.

2. Registration and Submission

All participants must complete the registration form and submit a demo video of their performance by the specified deadline.
Only one entry per participant or group is allowed.
Participants must submit accurate and complete information. Incomplete or falsified information may result in disqualification.

3. Content and Performance Guidelines

Participants must perform a classic song of their choice, with a unique and creative interpretation.
The performance must not contain any explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions to use any copyrighted material.

4. Recording and Production

Selected participants will be invited to record their performances in a professional studio, with video production handled by the Melody Mesh team.
By participating, artists grant Melody Mesh and Namaskar America the right to record, film, and produce their performances.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All recordings, videos, and related materials produced during the competition become the exclusive property of Melody Mesh and Namaskar America.
Participants agree that Melody Mesh and Namaskar America have the full and exclusive rights to use, distribute, publish, and monetize the content on any platform, including YouTube and social media.
Participants will not have any rights to the recordings or videos produced and will not receive any royalties or compensation for their use.

6. Voting and Judging

Winners will be determined based on voting, views, and engagement on the Melody Mesh YouTube channel.
In the event of a tie or dispute, the decision of the judges will be final and binding.

7. Prizes

The grand prize includes the production of an original song music video, with a production budget of approximately $10,000, handled by the Melody Mesh team.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Participants agree to the use of their names, likenesses, and performances for promotional purposes.

9. Disqualification

Melody Mesh and Namaskar America reserve the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or engages in conduct that is deemed inappropriate, unethical, or harmful.

10. General

Melody Mesh and Namaskar America reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Participants will be notified of any significant changes.
